Hello everyone!
I apologize in advance if my question seems stupid, I am fairly new to wordpress and don’t have much knowledge about the technological side of things.
Here’s the issue. When I try to visit my website from another chrome account it looks completely different from how i want it to look, like my theme has been removed or something. When i view it from my admin account it looks normal.
Please refer to the following links for a visual comparison:
[This]) is what it is supposed to look like and how it usually looks. [This]) is what shows up when i try to view it from another browser. This began happening today, shortly after I cleared the cache through a caching plugin. While I suspect this action might be the cause, I have limited knowledge in this area and would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions to help solve the problem.
Thank you so much in advance, I am extremely grateful for any help or insight on this subject.

Just a quick suggestion- clear the cache on your browser.
And also clear the cache in WordPress itself.
May not be the solution but I’ve seen this before and those tricks worked.
Edit: damnit I didn’t read your full post saying you’ve already cleared WordPress cache. But try the browser as well.
I’ve never found much value in caching plugins; the user’s browser does some caching, and you can set parameters in your web server software (Apache, etc.) to define caching times for images and other large file types. So try deactivating the caching plugin and see what happens.
