We just installed the PRO version of the plug in. Tested a few purchases for a new affiliate to see if the commission gets assigned properly. 2 out of 4 times, it attributed the commission. Cookies were always cleared properly and new browser, etc.
Then, we tested the multi-level function, where an affiliate refers an affiliate, at first, it didn’t attribute the new user to the existing affiliate, but on a second try, it did.
We then tried making a purchase with the latest affiliate that got paired to the last one to see if first affiliate gets a commission as well. None of the affiliates got any commission.
I am not sure what is happening but would be awesome if someone could take a look at the site and diagnose.
Perhaps something going on with WP-Rocket, etc?
