Hi everyone I’ve recently been tasked with revitalizing a wordpress site for my company, a NH based ski shop, and am running into a lot of issue trying to bring it back up to speed due to the number of plugins, tools, and other things that have accumulated on the site since its inception. I’m overwhelmed by the amount of work this site may need and could use any advice on how to tackle this issue in an organized way that doesn’t take down the site.
