Website Sometimes, For Some Reason, Loses its Design

Hello all,

I’ve been trying to figure this out for weeks. My website looks fine on WordPress, when editing. When I first do the changes and clear changes, it seems to work and look fine. However, after a few days someone will let me know the website looks messed up. The colors don’t look correct, nothing aligns, there is an overlap in text, etc.

What’s the source of this issue? I’ve tried rebuilding the page. I’ve disabled transparent headers, but it keeps coming up.
