Website title and description not changing.

Hello. I have a website built on wordpress.
Website name is [http://www.studio-fi.pl/](http://www.studio-fi.pl/).
I am using Yoast SEO plugin.
With that plugin i setup site title and description as on the screenshot #1, however it has been a few days and google still shows wrong information. See screenshot #2

How to update this? Please help.. google still shows wrong information
