None of my three websites managed through A2 Hosting will load from within northern India (Ladakh) on anyone's device regardless of whether they're on WiFi or local data. On the other hand I can access a website of friends who use the same theme on WP.
A2 has confirmed that the issue is occurring outside of their network and have suggested we contact the Internet service provider. I asked if they could speculate as to why I can access similar WP websites but they just say it's not in their network and the IPs are not showing as blocked.
I'm not very tech savvy when it comes to this level of troubleshooting so apologies if any crucial info is missing. But just wanted to throw this out there and see if anyone might have any clue as to what might be causing this issue accessing our websites as opposed to others. We will likely try using a VPN which could help us make updates and add new content for now, but this doesn't resolve the problem of friends in India who might want to access these websites.
IP might be blocked by an ISP.
Just put the websites behind Cloudflare
You do this thing one by one –
1. Register a new domain name (or) lease it from your friend and create an account on the server where the other three sites reside.
2. Create an index.php file and add some text content.
3. Change the DNS records and wait for some time. Then, load the website now and check if it’s opening.
If that website is loading, the problem might be with the existing three websites.
If this website is also not loading, you need to change the hosting provider to another one. Because I don’t think so A hosting will take steps to resolve the issue.
