Hi all, a client asked me if we could create a blog in WP with articles about thc (not selling anything, just personal experiences) so I was asking myself about the law side. We’re in Italy and here’s thc is illegal and also for hosts I don’t know how to know which ones are thc friendly and if I can still do it if in our country is illegal (I repeat, just talking about it).
The only features this blog will have will be a blog section where people could comment and receive answers, so I was also asking myself how to deal with the privacy and cookie policies.
If someone can give me some advice to build up this simple blog it will be very helpful for me.

It’s illegal in most of the world as far as I know. The Americans are the ones that seem to love the stuff.
Are you able to build the website without posting the content yourself? The safest bet would be to build everything, leave in temporary words for the blogs and ask that your client write the content.
