Week starts on Monday? 7 Captcha?

Hello,

I have installed this plugin and I like it so far, with 3 things I cannot change at the moment.
Maybe you can help me with that.

1.) How can I make the week start on Mondays, not Sundays?

2.) Is it possible to get rid of the captcha field?

3.) Above the Calendar form, there is a required field “Appointment – Service 1”. Can I get rid of ghat? I have only 1 Service.
