To set up a welcome workflow for your website visitors who provide their email addresses, head to the Automations tab, click on the Create workflow button, and choose one of the pre-made Welcome automation suggestions.
From there, you can select a workflow with a single email, a series of three emails, or one email paired with an SMS. Regardless of which option you choose, you can always adjust the workflow by adding or removing messages.
For better conversion rates, we recommend using the three-email option. If a visitor makes a purchase after receiving an email, they will exit the automation, meaning they won’t receive further automated emails since the goal is met.
The good news is that our preset workflows automatically include discount blocks for offering incentives. You can easily modify these blocks to suit your needs, including adjusting the discount value, expiration date, type, and applicable order conditions.
