First time building a site. I’ve got the home page top section finally built out on the computer but when I go check it on my phone it’s still just the template but with the background photo I added. On elementor it shows properly when I click the icons for tablet and mobile but it does not show right when I actually go to the site.

I restarted my laptop and it decided to work on mobile the right way. Why was that necessary 2 hours after I initially published it?
