What are the ads called that can be seen only at the bottom of a website/webpage? (Just like a horizontal bar at the bottom of a page which I think really does not affect the user experience) And which ad network will be better for a new publisher for those types of ads? Which will not affect user experience or affect site speed. The bottom section of my attached image shows such an ad ( just for reference).
