so I have two websites (A and B) both using WordPress, B is a subdomain, and I want to transfer B to A’s Domain.
What I did until now:
1- Created a backup using **All-in-One WP Migration** for both sites
2- Made sure each page in B has the same name as in A
so should I just go to website A and upload website B backup and that is it?

If you use **All-in-One WP Migration** plugin, it will certainly do the job BUT instead of overriding your **A** website, it will add **B** website on top of it.
After the migration, you’ll see that plugins from A website and other leftovers.
I’d suggest either doing it manually or use plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/.
Can’t you just change the domain nameservers? Then do a search and replace in the database to change any links to the new domain.
