What are your biggest pain points with WordPress? (2022)

I have recently started using WordPress again after a long break and noticed that almost all plugins got heavily commercialised: cannot do anything without upsell notifications, prompts to create a premium account etc. Also, I was surprised that the media library content is still not synced automatically with the posts: for example, image URLs are not updated automatically.
