What does this mean? What’s the cause for the website to be down?

I’m not an IT person but I want to know what’s the meaning of this error message. Pls help. Thank you

  1. One of your plugins is using a PHP syntax that isn’t supported on the version of PHP your server is running.

You’re using an ancient (4yo) version of Gravity Forms ([https://docs.gravityforms.com/gravityforms-change-log/](https://docs.gravityforms.com/gravityforms-change-log/)) – it’s important to keep everything in WordPress up to date at all times (WordPress core, theme, plugins, PHP). If you don’t own a license for GF, buy one. There have been several security fixes since then. Also, the paid version of GF has never installed itself in a folder called “gravityforms_2.4” – guessing it was nulled.

    And PHP should be > 8.1. If you get crashes because of that, it means you’re using old plugins/theme. Don’t rollback anything – always update.
