I’m the webmaster for a company and logged into the WP backend this morning to find my sidebar looking drastically different than it did yesterday (screenshot attached).
It should be populated with many more items, like plugins and Elementor – the theme we use.
Nothing at all was changed, can anyone provide any insight as to what’s going on?

Has your role been changed to someone who can’t access these things? Contributor? If no one else can see the user list perhaps the site is p0wned.
