Guys I’ve just finished adding new names and photo’s to my already existing 360 product. there are old photo’s we have had since the start. I’ve added arround 570 new photo’s in December.
But out of nowhere my site just thinks, I dont wanna site anymore…. My whole media library from december 2022 till the start okt 2020 is filled with grey images!? I went further and investegated, all the metadata from the images like URL, size, meta etc is still there. I was hoping I didn’t lose any work on frontend but sadly, every photo I have added BEFORE december is still there (YES!) but all those 570 photo’s I added in December are not showing up. We have already contacted our server admin and he hasn’t ever seen this in his carreer and also doesn’t know how to fix this. I really dont wanna do all of this over, i’ve put so much work in.
**possible solution?**I have download a export/import plugin to gather information from my products. But sadly you cannot just drop the image in, you need the URL woocommerce created when I added these. But all the URL lead to atm are blank images so I will need to replace that URL with the big batch (all photo’s i’ve added so far). It will be a lot of excel formulas but I think it will work…

First step: Load up your Media Library, then load Chrome DevTools and check the Console for error msgs. If there are red lines there, take a screenshot and report back.
