What is the best free Form for booking.

I am fairly new to wordpress. I am building a website for a client. One of the requirements from my client was to have a from that will be used for booking. My client wants an email to be sent to his email when someone books from the website also.

I have been using WPforms just as a start but WPforms does not have extensible features on the free version like date of birth, Phone, Layouts and so on. So my question is there any recommendations from the community on what I should be using?
