What is the best free plugin for creating socmed type of site?

I am creating a site where:
1. register/login/logout users
2. users able to create post and see other people posts
3. should use mySQL and PHP for backend

I am trying to find free plugins for this like ‘Ultimate Member’ – it does the job on 1 on my list, but in 2 the social media activity feature is on paid version and I’m not sure if it could be used on 3. Could you suggest plugins or methods I can use to achieve all the conditions.
