What plug-in is this price estimator from Stanley Steemer or is it custom?

I run a carpet cleaning business and want the same price estimator as Stanleysteemer.com has. Does anyone know if this is a plug-in or is it custom code? What would it be called? Thank you
It’s javascript. I think this site is using Angular. Here is a link to the quote tool script: (it’s minified and bundled but you can still see it’s angular if you know what you’re looking for)
Javascript is what is used to make these things.. There are form plugins that can get you pretty close.
You can do this with formidable forms. You can do a lot better even with Formidable forms.
