I need a solid advice/structure on learning wordpress on 2024 as fast and efficient as possible until I get a minimum knowledge acquired to get hired on internship/agency and build my experience from there. And a roadmap again for advanced wordpress devs

First step: search through r/Wordpress, this question had previous answers.
If you don’t have the simple will power to search a repository for questions. I am afraid you won’t go very far in life.
You are impulsive and talk more than you do.
Search first then when you have follow up questions, ask them.
