What Spam/ Bot blockers are ya’ll using?

I have a WordPress site with a Keap (infusionsoft) form that has been hit with a lot of extra spam lately. On the infusionsoft side there is supposed to be a captcha built in…..but it is just not doing enough. I’d be interested in recommendations!
