What steps can I take to block all those scanners and the new generation of Bloggers that all want to pump out 200 articles a day all using the same CHATGPT, Yeah, that is really going to work in the long run.
Not a whole lot. If it’s accessible by humans, it’s accessible by the tools we use.
None. Long are the days, education has left, to blog writers. If you aren’t training the AI, you aren’t going to be seen in 3 years. People are sick of the internet as it has become, my daily searches use AI and do far better at finding information. The next jobs will be training AI, or training humans how to think logically to communicate with it effectively.
Set your robot.txt and rate limit your page. It should at least slow things down. Making it inconvenient. Cloudflare might have a mechanism for preventing fast scraping.
