I am currently in contact with a local agency looking to hire a mid-level front-end dev with a focus in WordPress. They expect this to transition into a senior position quickly. Obviously I will learn more through the interview process, but what have been your experiences with mid-senior level positions in regards to day-to-day tasks and processes? How technically proficient do you need to be vs. just knowing how to manage?
My current experience is as a junior WP dev, so while I can build a decent website, I don’t have much experience outside that.
