I am new to WP website making and 4 months ago as a hobby made a data protection related website (gdprprivacy.eu). I do not know how to code (meybe could do some basic programming). I work in data protection field and I am planning to implement a tool which allows users to fill out forms and based on answers and my templates, it would provide a pdf of a generated Privacy Policy (meybe other policies later on). It would be sent directly to the email of the user.
What kind of plugins I should get to make this? I have read about Ninja Forms, Gravity Forms and WP forms. Paid ones are quite pricy and I am not sure if they have all the functionality I need for this. Is there any way to do what I want with free plugins?
Meybe there are some guides, how to implement this or anything else useful?
