By number of reviews and review score it’d be MonsterInsights, but some of the reviews are saying it “tricks you into downloading” several other plug-ins when you download it.
There’s also Site Kit by Google, but some of the reviews for that are saying that they get an error when trying to login to it. One review even says it “Caused (their) site to timeout…I cannot get in to edit it or even view it” which is scary.
