Hey everyone! I’m looking to improve my site’s SEO and need some recommendations for the best SEO plugin for WordPress. There are so many options out there, and it’s a bit overwhelming. What plugins have you used that really made a difference in your site’s search rankings? Any pros and cons would be super helpful. Thanks!

I personally like [Slim SEO](https://wordpress.org/plugins/slim-seo/)
[The SEO Framework](https://wordpress.org/plugins/autodescription/)
We were using Yoast SEO for many years, but then they started to have various bugs which negatively affected the rankings of our clients’ sites. They began putting some free features into paid ones and started aggressive upsell campaigns in clients’ dashboards. At that point, we had enough and decided to switch.
We switched to SEOPress as it offered a lightweight and easy-to-use SEO plugin with a lifetime license for unlimited sites. We still use it because it isn’t complicated and works very well, although it lacks some more in-depth features.
As we acquired more SEO-demanding clients, we bought also a lifetime license for Squirrly SEO, which has it all (and more!). However, it is a bit complex to use for some clients, so we manage full SEO for them, and we really noticed improvements in some period, with quality posts we were writing and SEO optimize them.
SEO Press is my favorite. Not (or at least less) bloated and not intrusive like Yoast with their annoying popups. And I like the UX/UI a lot better.
