What’s your best practices for keeping blog posts’ styling/typography consistent?

[ad_1]

My site has 30 or so blog posts and each post looks a little…different.

I use a blog post template built in Elementor. But, the typography and styling of the content is inconsistent. Different colors, font sizes, etc. I’ve even used \**gasp*\* H5 and H6 tags purely for style.

I’m ready to clean all these posts up.

I’m thinking I need to create a style guide in a Word doc and stick to it. Limit to H1, H2 and H3.

Is there a better approach?

I write the posts in WP.

Thanks!!

  1. Good, verbose css base styling for heading tags (h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6) as well as p, a, ul>li tags, and other basic elements.

I try to establish a really good foundation for these elements so that I don’t have to continually tweak them throughout the site.
