What’s your experience with Enfold and Elementor (with Astra) for a website which is Farsi (similar to Arabic)?

So, I’m trying to make a website for the first time and I’ve looked at Elementor (with Astra theme) and Enfold so far.
Both seem very straight forward and easy to learn but it seems they struggle a bit when it comes to designing a website in Farsi (Arabic alphabet) because these languages are right aligned.

So, what’s your opinion on this?
