I know, Plugin count does not really matter, but for the sake of counting plugins you are using, you know a lot of plugins these days require multiple add-ons that are additional plugins, so when you count the number of plugins, do you include those children plugins ? Or do you just count the Parent Plugin.
For example the Bookly Plugin, has about 40 add-ons for various functionality. And the irony is you need most of them to create a decent booking system.

If it shows up in the Plugins page or is a file/folder in mu-plugins I would count it as a plugin
