Let me ask you this, when you are developing a WordPress website, which includes plugins.
Do you first build the entire site and then turn on any use of Optimization plugins after the fact and test it ?
Or do you have the optimizations turned on while building the site ?
By Optimizations, I mean plugins or other methods for caching, lazy loading, minifications, combining, deferring ? Etc etc ?
