I’m helping my dad work on his existing website. I’m taking over from someone else who already set up Elementor and some basic plugins before I started working on it, so I’m not familiar with everything the previous dev installed.
I haven’t gotten this error at all, but my dad says that many times (not every time) he tries to open the website and gets redirected to a page that looks [like this.](https://ibb.co/P6SPJwR) I tried turning off plugins that might be responsible, but no luck. Could this be a problem on his end? He has an older laptop and uses Mozilla Firefox. Any advice is much appreciated!

If it is in fact coming from your website, then it would seem that your site is also infected. Install Wordfence and run a scan – I’d be interested to know what it comes back with.
Also check your wp-config.php and htaccess files to any obvious signs of malware (there are other ways to infect a site – they’re just some common files that malware utilise for attacks.)
edit: I just went to your site (based on the search query in your screenshot) – it’s infected, it tried to redirect me but my adblocker blocked it [https://imgur.com/a/YKD9ALP](https://imgur.com/a/YKD9ALP)
