when someone is submitting wpform on the website i am not getting any notification in dashboard. and when i am checking it, it shows nothing.

If you are using the lite version, you’ll not have access to some features, eg, form entries..etc. You should either upgrade, or use a different forms plugin. If you would like to use a free option, I suggest [Mega Forms]), it supports all the fields you need and will allow you to send notifications, see and export entries. There are zero restrictions.
