When user fills out the https://residencysuccess.com/contact/ contact us page they are not receiving any email? In the backend everything looks good we are tried with suite and regular email both are not working.
We are using below theme what could be the issue.

You are most likely having an issue with your mail server.
You will want to try adding in a custom SMTP server to send the mail from.
