Where do you go for paid WordPress support !

Are there any services where you can pay an expert to diagnose a particular problem in WordPress ?
I am having a compatibility issue with Cloudflare and for the life of me, for the last 2 weeks I have not been able to figure it out.
I am not a WordPress beginner and been doing this for years, but I have finally met my match.

I have contacted the plugin maker, but and are on 2 different wavelenght.
