I’ve been out of the loop in WP for the last years so I’m sure I’m missing something here.
So I’ve tried 10 different themes among the top at wordpress.org, which all had nice designs in the screenshots, but when implemented all have looked more or less the same without any design or theming whatsoever.
Previously I’ve used WP to get websites up and running fast with pre-made theming and templating. Is this not possible anymore using the non-premium themes? Creating the whole design from scratch within the theme is useless, for me at least, since it takes about as much time as just doing it myself with html/css.
