Yes, it’s listed as a FAQ in the README, but since they re-designed the pages her in the plugin directory, they don’t use that term.
If you go to the plugin main page, scroll down until you see the heading “CAN I USE THIS PLUGIN WITH THE NEW BLOCK EDITOR (AKA GUTENBERG) / WORDPRESS 5.0 AND ABOVE?”
In a future update, I’ll try and better explain this.
