Hi
I spent the last 3 hours searching for my UA property ID. I used to see it in my Search Console – now it has been removed. I cannot see it anywhere in my Yoast SEO plugin – even though you are clearly connected to it. I can’t see it in my Analytify plugin – even though it is connected to it.
I asked on the Search Console forum where I only got a completely irrelevant and nonsensical reply not giving me the answer I need.
I found somewhere online that when I go to the Analytics website and am already logged in to my Google account -I will be there automatically. Well no – I got to the setup page which asks me TO SET UP my Analytics! and for this it asked me for the tracking number (UA- ID). which I do not have!
I ALREADY have it set up! Otherwise I would not be receiving my analytics data from Analytify or from Yoast SEO which is also updating my sitemaps etc.
Could you please solve this mystery of my UA- property ID and why it is hidden everywhere out of a sudden?
I did enter it when I was setting up your plugin on my website few years ago (which now I can’t find) but surely you must have it. Why can’t I see it anywhere in your plugin? Where is it in my Search Console? All I can see is the URL of my website, but no UA ID. Do you know why it has been removed or hidden?
I have not migrated to GA4 yet and won’t until next year. it is too complicated and time consuming. For now, I must find out why I cannot login to my Analytics account while it is clearly connected to my website.
In the past, Analytics was just one site with everything which was then split into Search console (which doesn’t make any sense). Now I can’t find anything there.
thanks
