The My Account page refers to the customer account page in WooCommerce, where you can view your orders, edit customer details, and access downloadable content like invoices. You can find it by logging into your account on our website, then navigating to My Account (usually available in the main menu or under your user profile). From there, head to the Orders section to view and download individual invoices.
You can configure the customer download behavior for the PDF invoices under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice > Allow My Account invoice download:
For exporting invoices in bulk for a specific customer, you can use the Bulk export tool, included in the Professional extension:
