Where to find index.html ?

Hi, have to edit and add a meta tag to some posts in wordpress. Installed a file manager plugin but it is not showing the posts and pages. There is no “blog” folder under wp-content in file manager plugin. Went to myphpadmin, found the posts but there is no index.html file how do I edit and add a line of code?
