Where to put back up files into EasyWP (Namecheap) to restore a website using filezilla?

I made a backup of old site using the backup feature. Now I want to restore it but because new account it doest show up or allow me to upload a back up.

I tried finding the new backup in FileZilla with no luck anyone know the correct file path?
