which creates the least bloat – rankmath, yoastseo, or something else? if i switch from one to another will that eff things up?

Pretty much title. I have Yoast Seo installed in a few sites. I mean, the sites are new and dont really rank for anything as it stands, but google has indexed multiple posts on one of the sites.

So which plugin creates the least bloat (bc the site Im working on is slow and I wonder if yoast is contributing) and will it matter if I switch from Yoast SEO now that google has already indexed a bunch of stuff?
