I am working on something and the plug-in I’ve chosen for my order form is Fluent Forms Pro.
My order page is split into three, first page captures name and email, second page gives product options and third page asks for some extra details and has a Stripe connected payment field.
My order system is for specific electronic subscriptions so it’s not a “cart” style procedure.
What I’m wanting is a plug-in that when someone enters their email into the first section, if they do not complete the process through to payment via Stripe then they will receive an automated “reminder” email at a pre defined point in time.
I know there are systems out there that work kind of like this for non checked out shopping carts but my site doesn’t use that type of system for payment so I’m not sure what plug-in could possibly do this.
Any help would be appreciated 🙂

Thanks for the link! I had found that one when I was searching myself but perhaps it’s more the terminology I’m not familiar with.
My assumption was that a specific “cart” style of form would be needed for these to work (hence the name right) and that my form would not fit that criteria.
If a was wrong, then thank you for clearing up that these things are one and the same for me.
