Which LMS with good REST API for mobile app?

I’m looking for a good LMS solution to create a course on my website. As a next step I want to create a mobile app so the users can log into the app using accounts they created on my website.

I thought of using Memberpress because they have REST API and it is pretty cheap.

Do you have any recommendations?
