Which LMS with REST Api access?

I want to add courses module to my existing WordPress website. I’m considering different plugins and solutions.
I’m not really sure which one would satisfy my requirements. I would really appreciate if you can help me choosing a proper solution.

My requirements:
– I want to display different currencies for courses
– I want to add audio files to the lessons
– I want my users to be able to login with Google
– I need to have access to REST API so I can use endpoints to create a native mobile app

Can I ask for a solution recommendation?
Maybe it would be better to write it from scratch using free plugins?
