I am looking for a page builder or theme that is flexible and contains a wide range of ready widgets. It should also provide the option for coding. I want to start building/coding in WordPress for customers as a freelancer. I have checked the options of Oxygen Builder, but it seems that it might be discontinued soon, and I do not want to start with tools that may close in the future.
(also its will be great if the option of TLD will be available)

I think it is a very personal decision which page builder or Gutenberg/blocks any of us would pick. It depends on many factors like our skills, experiences, compatibility with the themes we like to use, and our budgets as well. We use Elementor and WPBakery as our clients (who “pay our bills”) accept both these page builders. This doesn’t mean that we won’t perhaps choose something different in the future (e.g. the Gutenberg/blocks approach).
Maybe these articles help you out in your decision:

PS We have chosen quality multipurpose themes with many starter templates that are compatible with page builders we use.
Check out the FB group or Discord of all the builders you’re considering to see if they’re responsive to user issues.
One great example is Blocksy. The theme authors are so active in their FB group and normally respond within 24 hours.
Bricks
I’m currently building a blog & have found elementor really intuitive. I’m not sure it will do everything I want it to but I’ll find out soon enough
Either native Gutenberg or more powerful bricks builder.
Try Gutenberg, use a block theme to get started. I can recommend minimalistix, it’s very simple
Elementor Pro + Sections Express
I’ve personally only used Elementor and more recently Bricks Builder. I helped re-design an existing website last month which was built on Elementor and needed to stay on Elementor, only then I realised how much I prefer Bricks.
With Bricks you also have options for wireframes like Frames or Brixies, you can literally get the website designed and done within a few days without much effort.
I’ve been a die-hard elementor user for years, but yall have me interested in bricks. I’ll try it for fun.
I know that I am wrong but I still have a prejudice against almost everything page builder, I stick to vanilla Gutenberg and when I need something special I make a guten block using ACF to speed things up

Hiya, just curious where you read that. Thank you.
Divi
Elementor (Pro) – maybe start with the free version but as quick as possible use elementor pro. Charge it to your customers through an agency offer.
DIVI. Their lifetime plan and customer support is top notch.
Bricks, Breakdance or one of the block
based builders like Greenshift
