Hi all, I’m trying to find a quiz/survey plugin which will achieve the attached.
10 questions, each answer with a slider that allows you to select from 0 to 10
At the bottom (or on the “Next” page either is fine) the possible score out of 100 is given. Ideally with the ability to provide custom text depending on the range of the score, but not essential.
