White space above the header instead of the layout background

Hi! I’m not a developer so I don’t know how to fix this problem. I bought a theme but there’s a white space above the header. Margin and padding are 0 so I don’t know what is the problem.

Please help me. All pages have the white space above. When I use -57 margin to remove the white, the navigating menu are not center anymore.
