Great plugin but there appears to be a bug. Whenever you’d reload the page anywhere but the top of the page (e.g. I scroll down and then reload the page) suddenly white space appears at the top of the page between the header and content. It’s quite hard to explain without seeing it, so just go ahead and try it yourself – open the page, scroll down a bit and then reload, after scroll back up and you’ll see the white space.
