Currently, we are working in a new enhancement for the Bulk export tool, included in the Professional extension, to export PDF documents per-customer basis. I’ll keep you posted as soon as this is available.

Unfortunately, that is not possible currently. However, you can allow your customers to download their invoices per-order basis, under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice > Allow My Account invoice download:
